Allsteel Inc. SMS Program
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from Allsteel Inc. The SMS service by Allsteel Inc. is strictly limited to customer support and service-related communications, transactional or informational messages, account-related notifications, compliance with applicable legal and carrier requirements, and the improvement of our services and communication processes. The SMS Service is not used for marketing purposes.
Program Description
The Allsteel Inc. SMS program is intended to provide existing and prospective customers with order updates, quote responses, sample request confirmations, design studio notifications, and other transactional or service-related information. Messages are sent only to individuals who have affirmatively opted in to receive them.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your account activity. You will only receive messages related to activity on your account, such as updating you on the status of transactions, or requesting additional transaction-related information.
Message and Data Rates
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
Cancellation and Opt-Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the SMS number. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
