Allsteel cuts every panel at our facility, but when it comes to our Standing Seam and Board & Batten panels, we do not form those panels at the shop. We bring the rollforming equipment to the jobsite and form the panels right where they will be installed.
Why?
Forming these panels on site eliminates common problems that come with transporting these types of preformed panels. By forming panels on site, we eliminate:
- Length limitations from trailers
- Damage from transport and unloading
- Extra seams caused by shipping products
- Wasted material from guessing panel lengths
- Before the job starts, you provide us with a full material list for the project.
- We use that to slit our coils specifically for your job so you are not paying for unnecessary waste.
- Those coils are then loaded onto our rollforming trailer and brought directly to the jobsite.
- Panels are rollformed on location to the exact measurements needed and go straight from the machine to the install area.
- It is simply a better way to produce these panels.
