Weather XL - Galvalume®
Galvalume® steel is a type of metal with a steel core and a coating made of zinc, aluminum, and silicon. This coating is applied using a hot-dip process, which helps protect the steel from oxidation. Galvalume® was introduced to the market after galvanized metal, but its superior performance quickly made it the preferred material. Today, Galvalume® is much more commonly used than galvanized metal.
